Of course you will discover these traits in every human including yourself. This is why it's called a disorder. A disorder of something which - if it functions normally - is very normal and helpful.

I give you an example: Let's say a tiger wants to hunt you down - you feel fear right? That is a healthy reaction, because you will want to run away and save your life. So fear is normal if it happens in an appropriate situation. But if you're constantly fearful for no apparent reason, then you have chronic anxiety - which is a disorder. Do you see the difference?
